Approach
For everyone who wants the details: you, your IT person or your data protection officer.
Your contact
Talha Afzalzada, software engineer and business strategist based in Hannover, Germany. Helps businesses automate boring, repetitive tasks.
One dedicated contact, from the first conversation to long after handover.
The process in detail
Enquiry: Describe what eats your time via the contact form. Replies come within hours, at the latest the next business day.
First meeting: free and without obligation, in person around Hannover, by video everywhere else.
Audit (fixed price from €1,490, 1–2 weeks): a prioritised plan, named tools, a data-flow overview, the sub‑processor list for the data processing agreement, and a fixed quote for the build.
Build (fixed price, usually 4 weeks until handover): on your accounts, against a written scope.
Testing: with real cases from your day-to-day work. Anything that snags gets fixed before handover.
Handover: access, guide, documentation and a walkthrough of about 60 minutes.
Operation (from €500 a month, cancel at the end of any month): hosting, maintenance, updates, small changes.
Tech
- Automation:
- n8n (open source), self‑hosted, on your server or with a hosting provider in Germany, in your name.
- AI models:
- self‑hosted open models where possible. If an external service is added, such as an LLM, it is GDPR‑compliant and listed in the data processing agreement upfront.
- Knowledge systems:
- retrieval over your own documents (RAG), every answer with its source.
- Interfaces:
- open standards: REST APIs, webhooks, email, CSV. No extra middleman platforms where they can be avoided.
- No lock-in:
- access, exports and documentation are yours. Your IT can follow what's running at any time.
Data and contracts
- Servers in Germany by default.
- Every service involved is GDPR‑compliant.
- A data processing agreement (GDPR Art. 28) with a full sub‑processor list, before the project starts.
- Technical and organisational measures (GDPR Art. 32) as an annex.
- An NDA on request.
- No monitoring or rating of employees. What a solution does and doesn't do is written down before the start, role by role.
The EU AI Act, calmly
For businesses in the EU, two things matter most:
- AI literacy (Art. 4, in force since 2 February 2025): people who use AI at work should be supported in building suitable basic knowledge. No specific level or certificate is required.
- Transparency (Art. 50): people must be able to tell when they are dealing with an AI, and some AI-generated content must be labelled.
Fixed-scope projects only
Every project has a written scope and a fixed price: never day rates, never hourly billing. For clients in Germany this also avoids the risk of disguised employment (Scheinselbstständigkeit), which falls mainly on the client.
Your business stays independent
- Everything runs on your accounts, in your name.
- You get written documentation that stays with you.
- Open, common tools: your IT can follow what's running at any time.
